研究目的：

探讨体位变化对术中需要阻断左肺通气的疾病用支气管封堵管封堵左主支气管成功率的影响，为后续临床工作提供封堵器置管的高效快速方法  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Effect of Posture Changes on the Success Rate of Bronchial Occlusion of Left Main Bronchus with Bronchial Occlusion Tube for Diseases that Require Blocking Left Pulmonary Ventilation During Surgery, and Providing an Efficient and Rapid Method for Occlusion Tube Placement for Subsequent Clinical Work

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18至60岁。 2）第一部分，无明显气管畸形，因肺部疾病需行胸部CT检查的患者；第二部分为，术中需要阻塞左肺通气的患者。 3）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18 to 60 years old. 2) The first part is for patients without obvious tracheal malformations who require chest CT examination due to pulmonary diseases; The second part is for patients who need to block left lung ventilation during surgery. 3) Sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）明显气管畸形； 2）肺脓肿、支气管扩张及咯血患者； 3）主气道及隆突肿物的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Obvious tracheal malformation; 2) Patients with lung abscess, bronchiectasis, and hemoptysis; 3) Patients with main airway and protuberant mass.
