Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of resorcinol combined with piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium on the clinical efficacy of patients with acute renal meningitis.

纳入标准：

符合急性肾盂肾炎典型临床症状 经实验室检查显示白细胞升高 影像学评估显示肾盂积水等情况

Inclusion criteria

It is consistent with the typical clinical symptoms of acute pyelonephritis Laboratory tests showed elevated white blood cells Imaging evaluation showed hydronephrosis and other conditions

排除标准：

经临床综合评估有严重肿瘤、急性心脑血管疾病 免疫功能异常 其他泌尿道感染 已经应用哌拉西林他唑巴坦钠以外抗生素治疗

Exclusion criteria：

Severe tumors and acute cardiac cerebrovascular disease were clinically assessed
Abnormal immune function
Other urinary tract infection
Antibiotics other thanpiperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium have been used
