研究目的：

评估单人操作的单气囊小肠镜与双人操作的单气囊小肠镜对接率和（或）阳性率、操作时间、并发症发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the diagnostic yield, total enteroscopy rate, duration time and complication rate between sing-operator single balloon enteroscopy and double balloon enteroscopy.

纳入标准：

具有小肠镜检查指证的病人

Inclusion criteria

Patients with indication of balloon enteroscopy.

排除标准：

严重的心肺脑等疾病，无法耐受小肠镜或麻醉的病人；
不能签署知情同意书的病人

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe heart, lung and brain diseases who cannot tolerate enteroscopy or anesthesia;
2. Patients who cannot sign informed consent.
