中药清热化痰方法稳定高血压合并肾动脉易损斑块  

Objectives of Study：

The method of clearing heat and eliminating phlegm with traditional Chinese medicine stabilised hypertension complicated with vulnerable plaque of renal artery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

具有肾动脉部位动脉粥样硬化性易损斑块的原发性高血压病患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with essential hypertension who have atherosclerotic vulnerable plaques in the renal artery.

排除标准：

继发性高血压，肾性高血压、先天性纤维肌性发育不良性高血压、主动脉缩窄性高血压、大动脉炎引起的高血压、嗜铬细胞瘤、库欣氏综合征、原发性醛固酮增高症性高血压、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征相关高血压、肾动脉狭窄导致的高血压（即肾动脉狭窄>50%的患者）。

Exclusion criteria：

Secondary hypertension, renal hypertension, congenital fibromuscular dysplasia hypertension, aortic coaccotion hypertension, aortitis induced hypertension, pheochromocytoma, Cushing's syndrome, primary aldosterone elevation induced hypertension, sleep apnea syndrome associated hypertension, hypertension caused by renal artery stenosis (i.e. patients with renal artery stenosis>50%) .
