研究目的：

1．评估硫酸镁单药用于结肠镜检查术前肠道清洁准备的有效性； 2．评估硫酸镁单药用于结肠镜检查术前肠道清洁准备的安全性； 3．评估硫酸镁单药用于结肠镜检查术前肠道清洁准备的依从性； 4．比较硫酸镁单药不同剂量下清肠效果的比较； 5．明确影响硫酸镁单药清肠效果的个体因素如便秘、肥胖等。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the efficacy of magnesium sulfate as a monotherapy for pre-procedural bowel preparation in colonoscopy. 2.To evaluate the safety of magnesium sulfate as a monotherapy for pre-procedural bowel preparation in colonoscopy. 3.To evaluate the compliance: of magnesium sulfate as a monotherapy for pre-procedural bowel preparation in colonoscopy. 4.To compare the efficacy of different doses of magnesium sulfate as a monotherapy in bowel cleansing. 5.To elucidate individual factors such as constipation, obesity, etc., that impact the bowel cleansing efficacy of monotherapy with magnesium sulfate.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

同时符合以下条件者纳入本研究： 1．病情需要拟进行结肠镜检查的患者； 2．受试者全身情况可以耐受肠镜检查； 3．年龄范围10-80周岁，性别不限； 4．口服硫酸镁前血液钾、钠、氯、钙及镁均处于正常水平； 5．自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria for this study are as follows: 1.Patients with an indication for colonoscopy. 2.Subjects who are medically stable and able to tolerate the colonoscopy procedure. 3.Age range between 10 and 80 years, regardless of gende. 4.Normal levels of blood potassium, sodium, chloride, calcium, and magnesium prior to oral administration of magnesium sulfate. 5.Voluntary participation in the study and signing of an informed consent form.

排除标准：

符合以下任何一条者均不得入组： 1．确诊或疑似消化道梗阻或穿孔、胃潴留、活动期炎症性肠病或中毒性巨结肠、腐蚀性食道及胃损伤的急性期、腹主动脉瘤、急性腹膜炎、溃疡性结肠炎、慢性的盆腔炎及患者腹腔粘连导致肠腔狭窄，以及肠穿孔等急性重症疾病； 2．合并有严重心脏病（严重心律失常、心肌梗塞急性期、重度心衰、肥厚性心肌病等）或装有心脏替代装置、严重肺部疾病（如支气管哮喘发作期、呼吸衰竭等）、严重肾功能异常、意识障碍者； 3．晚期恶性肿瘤、回肠造口术后及其它肠道结构有改变者； 4．妊娠、处于哺乳期或计划妊娠的育龄期女性； 5．对硫酸镁过敏者； 6．口服硫酸镁前血液钾、钠、氯、钙及镁水平中任意一项出现异常者； 7．拒绝行结肠镜检查患者； 注：本研究为随机对照研究，上述样本排除条件实质上即为临床判断不能耐受或患者拒绝行结肠镜检查的情形。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria for this study are as follows: 1.Confirmed or suspected cases of gastrointestinal obstruction or perforation, gastric retention, active inflammatory bowel disease or toxic megacolon, acute corrosive esophageal and gastric injury, abdominal aortic aneurysm, acute peritonitis, ulcerative colitis, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, intestinal luminal stenosis due to intra-abdominal adhesions, or acute life-threatening conditions such as intestinal perforation. 2.Patients with severe cardiac conditions (severe arrhythmias, acute myocardial infarction, severe heart failure, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy), those with cardiac replacement devices, severe pulmonary diseases (e.g., exacerbation of bronchial asthma, respiratory failure), severe renal dysfunction, or individuals with impaired consciousness. 3.Patients with advanced malignant tumors, those who have undergone ileostomy or other structural alterations of the intestines. 4.Pregnant women, lactating women, or women of reproductive age planning pregnancy. 5.Patients with a documented hypersensitivity or allergy to magnesium sulfate. 6.Patients with abnormal levels of blood potassium, sodium, chloride, calcium, or magnesium prior to oral administration of magnesium sulfate. 7.Patients who refuse to undergo colonoscopy. Note: This study is a randomized controlled trial, and the aforementioned exclusion criteria essentially represent clinical judgments of patients who are deemed unable to tolerate or refuse to undergo colonoscopy.
