研究目的：

研究人参汤对冠心病Ⅱ期心脏康复虚寒型患者中医证候疗效、肠道菌群分布、肠道菌群中间代谢产物氧化三甲胺（TMAO）、TLR-4/NF-κB通路、炎症因子及心肺功能的影响，探讨人参汤治疗冠心病、改善心肺功能的内在机制，探索中西医结合心脏康复的优势。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of ginseng Decoction on TCM syndromes, intestinal flora distribution, intestinal flora intermediate metabolite trimethylamine oxide (TMAO), TLR-4/NF-κB pathway, inflammatory factors and cardiopulmonary function in patients with coronary heart disease Ⅱ stage of cardiac rehabilitation, and to explore the internal mechanism of ginseng decoction in treating coronary heart disease and improving cardiopulmonary function. To explore the advantages of integrated Chinese and western medicine in cardiac rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-85岁，性别不限。 （2）处于冠心病心脏康复Ⅱ期。 （4）冠心病危险分层为中、低危。 （5）中医辨证属虚寒型。 （6）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-85 years old, gender unlimited. (2) In the second stage of coronary heart disease cardiac rehabilitation. (4) The risk of coronary heart disease was divided into medium and low risk. (5) TCM syndrome differentiation is deficiency cold type. (6) Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）合并风湿性心脏病、肺源性心脏病、肥厚性心肌病、严重瓣膜病、急性心肌炎、急性心包炎、动脉瘤（夹层）等心血管疾病。合并胃肠炎、胃肠道溃疡、肝硬化、慢性肾衰竭及影响肠道菌群的其他问题。 （2）未控制的代谢性疾病，如甲状腺功能亢进、黏液水肿；急性感染、恶性肿瘤、血液病、血栓性疾病等非心源性疾病。 （3）妊娠期或哺乳期女性。 （4）肢体活动不便或功能障碍；精神障碍无法合作者。 （5）粪便样本采集前2个月内使用过抗生素或益生菌。 （6）正在参与其他药物临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with rheumatic heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, severe valvular disease, acute myocarditis, acute pericarditis, aneurysm (dissection) and other cardiovascular diseases. Gastroenteritis, gastrointestinal ulcers, cirrhosis of the liver, chronic kidney failure, and other problems affecting the gut microbiota. (2) Uncontrolled metabolic diseases, such as hyperthyroidism and myxedema; Acute infection, malignant tumor, blood disease, thrombotic disease and other non-cardiac diseases. (3) Pregnant or lactating women. (4) physical disability or dysfunction; Mental disorders can't work together. (5) Antibiotics or probiotics have been used within 2 months before the collection of stool samples. (6) Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
