研究目的：

观察妇科腹腔镜手术患者不同剂量瑞马唑仑对七氟烷抑制肾上腺素能反应的最低肺泡有效浓的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of different doses of remimazolam combined with remifentanil on sevoflurane MACBAR in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASAI-II级，年龄20-45岁，体重指数（BMI）18-30kg/m2，术前2周无上呼吸道及肺部感染病史，无哮喘病史，估计手术时间2小时以内

Inclusion criteria

ASAI-II class, age 20-45 years, body mass index (BMI) 18-30 kg/m2, no history of upper respiratory tract and pulmonary infections 2 weeks prior to surgery, no history of asthma, and estimated operative time within 2 hours.

排除标准：

患者体重指数>30kg/m2；长期饮酒及药物滥用者；心肺功能异常患者；对苯二氮卓类药物过敏患者；重症肌无力患者，有恶性高热家族史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

patients with body mass index > 30 kg/m2; chronic alcohol and drug abusers; patients with abnormal cardiopulmonary function; patients with allergy to benzodiazepines; patients with myasthenia gravis, patients with family history of malignant hyperthermia.
