研究目的：

（1）以合并亚临界骨缺损的肩关节前向不稳患者为研究对象，通过前瞻性随机对照研究的形式，术前术后临床评估与影像学评价，为取自体阔筋膜盂唇重建治疗肩关节前向不稳提供有效性及安全性数据，为肩关节前向不稳患者提供一种新型治疗方案； （2）在既往手术经验基础上，开发并完善取自体阔筋膜盂唇重建这一新型术式，探究其可行性、技术难点及操作要点，建立相关手术流程与规范； （3）探讨4D-CT技术在关节疾病中的应用，评定肱骨头前向位移与肩关节稳定性之间的相关性，构建肩关节前向不稳新型量化评估策  

Objectives of Study：

（1）In the form of prospective randomized controlled studies, preoperative and postoperative clinical evaluation and imaging evaluation were used to provide efficacy and safety data for the treatment of anterior shoulder instability by latomilab reconstruction from the body fascia lata labral reconstruction, and to provide a new treatment plan for patients with anterior shoulder instability. (2) Based on the previous surgical experience, develop and improve the new surgical method of labral labral reconstruction from the wide fascia of the body, explore its feasibility, technical difficulties and operational points, and establish relevant surgical procedures and specifications; (3) To explore the application of 4D-CT technology in joint diseases, evaluate the correlation between forward displacement of the humeral head and shoulder joint stability, and construct a new quantitative evaluation strategy for shoulder joint forward instability

纳入标准：

2023.10-2024.10因肩关节前向不稳在我科行肩关节镜治疗的患者，年龄18-50岁，患侧肩胛盂骨缺损比例为5-15%

Inclusion criteria

2023.10-2024.10 Patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopic treatment due to forward shoulder instability of the shoulder joint, aged 18-50 years, the proportion of shoulder glenoid bone defects on the affected side is 5-15%

排除标准：

合并肩袖损伤、肿瘤、关节粘连等；已出现肩关节骨关节炎；因腋神经损伤而致三角肌功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

Combined with rotator cuff injury, tumor, joint adhesions, etc.; Osteoarthritis of the shoulder joint has been present; Deltoid muscle dysfunction due to axillary nerve injury.
