研究目的：

1.明确医院 MRSA 病例中 CA-MRSA 的流行病学特征和分子流行病学特性及其与 HA-MRSA 的差异。 2.揭示指示病例、家庭成员、家庭环境、宠物中分离的 MRSA 菌株的流行病学关系。 3.结合传播动力学模型评估家庭皮肤黏膜去定植、环境清洁和消毒等干预措施对 MRSA 家庭传播的防控效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the epidemiological and molecular epidemiological characteristics of CA-MRSA in hospital MRSA cases and the differences between CA-MRSA and HA-MRSA. 2. Reveal the epidemiological relationship of isolated MRSA strains in indicator cases, family members, household environment, and pets. 3. Combined with the transmission dynamics model, the prevention and control effects of household skin and mucous membrane decolonization, environmental cleaning and disinfection on household transmission of MRSA were evaluated.

纳入标准：

门诊分离到耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）菌株的患者或者入院48小时内分离到 MRSA 菌株的住院患者

Inclusion criteria

Outpatient patients with Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) strains isolated or hospitalized patients with MRSA strains isolated within 48 hours of admission

排除标准：

1. 1 年内有住院或与医疗机构接触史； 2. 留置各种导管及其他穿透皮肤的医用装置； 3. 未获得知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of hospitalization or contact with medical institutions within one year; 2. There are indwelling catheters and other medical devices that penetrate the skin 3. Failure to obtain informed consent
