旨在对配戴角膜塑形镜前后光学像差的深入理解，分析视网膜成像质量的主要影响因素，有助于了解角膜塑形镜延缓近视进展的潜在光学机制，并为下一步个性化矫正提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Intended to gain a deeper understanding of the optical aberrations before and after wearing corneal reshaping lenses, analyze the main influencing factors of retinal imaging quality, help understand the potential optical mechanisms of corneal reshaping lenses delaying myopia progression, and provide a theoretical basis for personalized correction in the next step

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)8-13岁近视及散光儿童； (2)屈光度-1.00D~-4.00D； (3)散光≤1.50D； (4)无影响配戴角膜塑形镜的眼部或全身疾病

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children aged 8-13 with myopia and astigmatism; (2) Diopter -1.00D~-4.00D; (3) Astigmatism ≤ 1.50D; (4) Eye or systemic diseases that do not affect the wearing of corneal reshaping lenses

排除标准：

（1）单眼符合入选标准； （2）患有全身性疾病造成免疫低下，或对角膜塑形有影响者（如既往患有糖尿病、唐氏综合征、类风湿性关节炎、精神性疾病等，或者1年内患有急、慢性鼻窦炎等）； （3）患有角膜异常、曾经接受过角膜手术或有角膜外伤史、角膜知觉减退者； （4）眼部有以下症状者： ? 细菌性、真菌性、病毒性等活动性角膜感染； ? 除角膜外其他眼前节的急性、慢性炎症，如急性结膜炎、睑缘炎； ? 任何会影响角膜、结膜或眼睑的眼部疾患、损伤或结构异常，如泪囊炎、青光眼； ? 干眼症（荧光素染色泪膜破裂时间（Fluorescein Breakup Time，FBUT）≤5 s）； ? 角膜染色≥2级； ? 其他病理性眼部充血或发红。 （5）任一眼最佳矫正远视力低于1.0者； （6）角膜平坦曲率（角膜地形图仪测量）低于40.00D或高于46.00D； （7）屈光度不稳定者； （8）不规则角膜散光者； （9）显性斜视者； （10）眼压异常者（正常的眼压范围为10~21mmHg，双眼眼压差异应小于5mmHg）； （11）角膜内皮细胞密度少于2000个/mm2者； （12）既往30天内配戴过角膜塑形镜者； （13）有接触镜或接触镜护理液过敏史者；不能定期（或未成年人的亲属不能定期陪同未成年人）进行眼部检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) One eye meets the inclusion criteria; (2) Those who suffer from systemic diseases resulting in immunocompromise, or those who have an effect on corneal reshaping (e.g., previous diabetes, Down's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, psychiatric disorders, etc., or those who have suffered from acute or chronic sinusitis within 1 year, etc.); (3) Those suffering from corneal anomalies, previous corneal surgeries or history of corneal trauma, or corneal hyperalgesia; (4) Those with the following symptoms in the eye: ? Active corneal infections of bacterial, fungal, or viral origin; ? Acute and chronic inflammation of the anterior segment of the eye other than the cornea, such as acute conjunctivitis and blepharitis; ? Any ocular disorder, injury, or structural abnormality that affects the cornea, conjunctiva, or eyelids, e.g., lachrymatorrhoea, glaucoma; ? Dry eye (Fluorescein Staining Tear Film Breakup Time (FBUT) ≤ 5 s); ? Corneal staining ≥ grade 2; ? Other pathological ocular congestion or redness. (5) Best-corrected distance visual acuity of less than 1.0 in either eye; (6) Corneal flat curvature (measured by corneal topographer) below 40.00D or above 46.00D; (7) Those with unstable refractive error; (8) Those with irregular corneal astigmatism; (9) Those with dominant strabismus; (10) Abnormal intraocular pressure (normal intraocular pressure ranges from 10 to 21 mmHg, and the difference in intraocular pressure between both eyes should be less than 5 mmHg); (11) Those with corneal endothelial cell density less than 2000 cells/mm2; (12) Those who have worn keratoplasty lenses within the previous 30 days; (13) Those with a history of allergy to contact lenses or contact lens care solutions; Individuals who are unable to undergo regular eye examinations (or whose relatives are unable to accompany minors on a regular basis).
