研究目的：

既往临床研究设计中，原发肿瘤姑息手术切除对于初诊Ⅳ期乳腺癌总生存有无额外获益存在争议，但对于局部复发的控制还是有好处的。但对于既往研究中纳入的晚期乳腺癌合并原发肿瘤皮肤受累的患者数量有限，不足以进行可靠的生存分析。因此，本课题研究拟在既往研究的基础上针对初诊Ⅳ期且原发肿瘤皮肤受累的晚期乳腺癌患者，重新评估原发肿瘤姑息手术切除对这部分患者有无生存获益，同时利用SEER数据库解决临床研究患者数量不足的情况，开展真实世界研究。  

Objectives of Study：

In previous clinical research design, palliative resection of primary tumor is controversial whether it has additional benefits for the overall survival of initially diagnosed stage IV breast cancer, but it is beneficial for the control of local recurrence. However, the number of patients with advanced breast cancer combined with primary tumor skin involvement included in previous studies is limited, which is insufficient for reliable survival analysis. Therefore, on the basis of previous studies, this research intends to reassess whether palliative surgery for primary tumor will benefit the survival of patients with advanced breast cancer who have initially diagnosed stage IV and whose skin is affected by primary tumor. At the same time, SEER database will be used to solve the problem of insufficient number of clinical researchers and carry out real world research.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 诊断为原发性乳腺癌，原发肿瘤皮肤受累且合并远处转移（T4b-dN0-3M1，IV）； （2） 手术治疗的信息是已知的； （3） 乳腺癌亚型已知； （4） 原发部位的手术是已知的； （5） 诊断年龄不低于18岁； （6） 其生存时间已知且大于0个月； （7） 经病理确诊。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The diagnosis was primary breast cancer with skin involvement and distant metastasis (T4b-dN0-3M1, IV); (2) The information on surgical treatment is known; (3) The subtype of breast cancer is known; (4) The surgery at the primary site is known; (5) Diagnosis age is not less than 18 years old; (6) Its survival time is known and greater than 0 months; (7) Confirmed by pathology.
