了解糖尿病足患者溃疡位置分布特点，探讨溃疡位置对预后影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the distribution of ulcer locations in patients with DFU, and to explore the influence of ulcer location on prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)确诊糖尿病，诊断符合1999年WHO糖尿病诊断标准， (2)糖尿病足 Wagner分级1-5级。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnosed diabetes mellitus according to 1999 the World Health Organization (WHO) criteria for diabetes mellitus, (2) Wagner classification of the DFU ranges from 1 to 5.

排除标准：

(1)患者合并非糖尿病相关的足部溃疡，如痛风性溃疡、放射性溃疡和静脉曲张性溃疡， (2)电子病例系统病史记录不全者， (3)糖脂代谢及肝肾功能等实验室检查资料不齐者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with non-diabetes-related foot ulcers, including gouty ulcers, radiographic ulcers and varicose vein ulcers, (2) Without complete medical records in electronic medical records, (3) Without complete laboratory test indicators such as glucose and lipid metabolism, and liver and kidney function.
