研究目的：

探讨基于多模态数据构建主动脉瓣狭窄患者经导管主动脉瓣置换术后的危险分层预测模型，以便于早期识别主要不良心脑血管事件( Main Adverse Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Events, MACCEs ) 高风险患者，改善患者的预后  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the construction of a risk-stratified prediction model based on multimodal data for patients with aortic stenosis after transcatheter aortic valve replacement in order to facilitate the early identification of patients at high risk of major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (Main Adverse Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Events (MACCEs)) and to improve the prognosis of the patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄为18-95岁之间； 2. 入院时诊断为主动脉瓣狭窄患者； 3. 入院行导管主动脉瓣置换术后。

Inclusion criteria

1. aged between 18 and 95 years; 2. patients with a diagnosis of aortic stenosis on admission; 3. after admission for catheterized aortic valve replacement.

排除标准：

1.过去14天内行侵入性心脏手术； 2. 严重二尖瓣或三尖瓣反流； 3．活动性感染性心内膜炎； 4. 心肌炎； 5. 有恶性肿瘤相关疾病; 6. 治疗依从性差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. invasive cardiac surgery within the past 14 days; 2. severe mitral or tricuspid regurgitation; 3. active infective endocarditis; 4. myocarditis; 5. having malignancy-related disease. 6. poor adherence to therapy.
