研究目的：

本研究的目的是记录受试者治疗前及1个月复查时牙周临床指标，并采集受试者外周血进行血细胞检测，测定血清中细胞因子浓度，明确牙周炎患者血细胞炎症指标与牙周炎严重程度关系，探讨代表训练免疫状态的髓系细胞比例能否作为指标预测牙周炎患者对牙周非手术治疗的反应性，探究其预测能力，为识别临床中预后较差的患者并提前进行干预提供有意义的线索，并为牙周炎患者预后的判断提供简便、便宜和快捷的指标。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to record periodontal clinical indicators before treatment and at the 1-month follow-up of the patients and to collect peripheral blood from the patients for blood cell testing.Determination of cytokines in serum. To clarify the relationship between blood cell inflammatory indexes and the severity of periodontitis in periodontal patients. To investigate whether the ratio of myeloid cells representing the trained immunity status can be used as an indicator to predict the response to periodontal non-surgical treatment in patients with periodontitis and to explore its predictive ability. It provides meaningful clues for identifying patients with poor prognoses in the clinic and intervening in advance and provides an easy, inexpensive, and quick indicator for determining the prognosis of patients with periodontitis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18周岁。 2.除严重龋齿或智齿外有至少20颗牙齿。 3.6个月内未服用过抗生素、非甾体类抗炎药或其他可能影响牙周组织的药物。 4.1年内无牙周治疗史。 5.除糖尿病外无其他系统性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 18 years old. 2. At least 20 teeth except for severe caries or wisdom teeth. 3. No antibiotics, NSAIDs, or other medications that may affect periodontal tissues within 6 months. 4. No history of periodontal treatment within 1 year. 5. No systemic diseases except diabetes.

排除标准：

1.具有全身系统性疾病者。 2.妊娠期或哺乳期女性。 3.有急性炎症、感染、口腔黏膜病或外伤者。 4.正在进行正畸治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With systemic diseases. 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. With acute inflammation, infection, oral mucosal disease, or traumas. 4. Undergoing oral orthodontic treatment.
