研究目的：

项目将以积极心理学为指导，关注妊娠丢失女性及其配偶的心理健康，对妊娠丢失女性及其配偶开展以夫妻为中心的正念干预，并评价干预对夫妻双方的创伤后成长、夫妻关系质量、抑郁、焦虑的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The project will be guided by positive psychology, focusing on the mental health of pregnancy loss women and their spouses. Couple centered mindfulness interventions will be carried out for pregnancy loss women and their spouses, and the effect of the intervention on the post-traumatic growth, quality of marital relationships, depression, and anxiety of both spouses will be evaluated.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁；
②诊断为自发性妊娠丢失，孕周＜24周，包括难免流产、稽留流产、复发性流产、胚胎停育等自发性妊娠停止；
③能熟练使用微信，接受微信线上干预；
④既往未接受过正念相关心理干预；
⑤夫妻双方知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

①Age ≥18 years
②Spontaneous pregnancy loss was diagnosed, and the gestational age was less than 24 weeks, including inevitable abortion, missed abortion, recurrent abortion and embryo abortion.
③Proficient in using WeChat and accepting WeChat online intervention
④Never received mindfulness-related psychological intervention before
⑤Both husband and wife have informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

①并发其他重大疾病者，如心功能衰竭、呼吸功能衰竭、恶性肿瘤、严重外伤等其他危重病症者；
②既往有身心疾病史，或有精神障碍或理解能力受损无法配合研究者；
③正在参与其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients complicated with other serious diseases, such as heart failure, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, severe trauma and other critical diseases
② Have a history of physical and mental illness in the past, or have mental disorder or impaired understanding, and cannot cooperate with the researcher
③ Participating in other research.
