研究目的：

本研究拟联合中医康复技术，包括穴位按摩、耳穴埋籽、小儿推拿在内的“三联法”构建 PICU 患儿早期运动方案，并进行试点应用研究，以期为后续儿童重症康复工作提供理论参考及实践指导  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the PICU children are combined with acupuncture point massage, ear point burial and pediatric massage to construct the early exercise program, and conduct pilot application research, in order to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the subsequent severe rehabilitation work of children

纳入标准：

①1岁~18岁机械通气患儿；②PICU预计停留>48h；③知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

① mechanically ventilated children aged 1 to 18 years; ② PICU expected to stay> 48h; ③ informed consent.

排除标准：

①预计机械通气<24h；②预计24h内可进行活动；③临终关怀患儿；④有活动禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

① expected mechanical ventilation <24h; ② expected activity within 24h; ③ children with hospice care; ④ children with contraindications to activity.
