研究目的：

通过免疫荧光的手段观察PDR患者纤维血管膜中Gpr124 的表达情况，并分析其在发病机制中可能的作用，为下一步分子机制研究和治疗靶标的确定奠定基础。属于探索性研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Observing the expression of Gpr124 in the fibrovascular membrane of PDR patients through immunofluorescence, and analyzing its possible role in the pathogenesis, laying the foundation for further molecular mechanism research and determining therapeutic targets. It belongs to Exploratory research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男女不限，年龄20-90岁，均同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书； 2.经检查诊断为PDR并需要手术治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Both men and women, aged 20-90, agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 2. Patients diagnosed with PDR after examination and requiring surgical treatment.

排除标准：

1.患有除糖尿病视网膜病变外如青光眼、视网膜静脉阻塞、年龄相关性黄斑变性等其它眼底病变者； 2.既往患眼内炎患者； 3.有眼内手术史患者； 4.既往行眼内注射患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with other fundus diseases except diabetes retinopathy, such as glaucoma, retinal vein occlusion, age-related macular degeneration, etc; 2. Patients with previous endophthalmitis; 3. Patients with a history of intraocular surgery; 4. Patients who have previously undergone intraocular injection.
