研究目的：

1.观察利多卡因复合罗哌卡因与单用罗哌卡因对产妇产时发热率的比较 2.观察两组出现产时发热的时间、WBC、胎盘病检感染率、抗生素使用率 3.产时发热结局比较：顺转剖率；器械助产率；新生儿出生状况、产程时长。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the effect of lidocaine combined with ropivacaine and ropivacaine alone on maternal fever rate during childbirth 2. The time of intrapartum fever, WBC, infection rate of placental disease and antibiotic use rate of the two groups were observed 3. Comparison of parturient fever outcomes: anterograde profile rate; Instrumental midwifery rate; Neonatal birth status and duration of labor.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

足月、头位、单胎初产妇，ASA Ⅱ级、宫口开至2~5cm，要求行分娩镇痛，实施无痛分娩前产妇的WBC、HB正常，体温（耳温枪）正常

Inclusion criteria

There was no statistical significance in the comparison of age, weight, height and BMI between the two groups. The uterine orifice was opened to 2~3cmLabor analgesia, ASAⅠ-Ⅱ grade, full term, cephalic, single primiparas selected. Maternal WBC before painless delivery,HB is normal, body temperature (ear temperature gun) is normal.

排除标准：

排除感染性疾病、胎膜早破和患有内科疾病的产妇如妊娠期高血症、妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期甲状腺疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

Women with infectious diseases, premature rupture of membranes and medical conditions, such as hyperemia during pregnancy, gestational diabetes, thyroid disease during pregnancy, were excluded
