研究目的：

建立中国人群菌阳敏感结核患者大型队列，根据治疗效果将研究人群分为治疗成功组和治疗失败组，对两组人群进行转录组学测序，预测菌阳敏感结核患者治疗效果相关的生物标志物，同时探索结核分枝杆菌入侵后宿主相关免疫机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a large cohort of Chinese drug-susceptible tuberculosis patients. According to the treatment outcomes, subjects will be divided into 2 groups: treatment success group and treatment failure group. The project will identify RNA signatures to predict treatment outcomes using RNA-seq. The project also intends to explore host-related immune mechanisms after invasion of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18岁-80岁; 2.单纯病原学阳性肺结核初治患者（结核菌涂片2次阳性或结核分枝杆菌核酸检测1次阳性，同时满足痰结核培养阳性）； 3.自愿参加并已签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.18-80 years old; 2.Initial treatment of patients with positive pulmonary tuberculosis based on simple etiology (smear positive for tuberculosis bacteria twice or nucleic acid detection positive for Mycobacterium tuberculosis once, and meeting the criteria of positive sputum tuberculosis culture); 3.Voluntary participation and having signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.排除合并一种或多种以下疾病患者：风湿免疫性疾病，严重心血管疾病，恶性肿瘤，艾滋病，精神病； 2.排除依从性差患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclude patients with one or more of the following comorbidities: rheumatological diseases, severe cardiovascular diseases, malignancies, AIDS, and mental illnesses; 2.Exclude patients with poor compliance.
