研究目的：

验证SHMT2既是ATC潜在的治疗靶点，也是ATC生存的预测因子，进而为SHMT2高表达的患者甲状腺癌精准靶向治疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

It is verified that SHMT2 is not only a potential therapeutic target of ATC, but also a predictor of ATC survival, thus providing a theoretical basis for the precise targeted therapy of thyroid cancer in patients with high expression of SHMT2.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、性别不限；2、术前FNA及术后病理类型为甲状腺未分化癌；3、能依从研究访视计划和其它方案要求；4、自愿参加并签署知情同意书 ，则可在自愿签署本知情同意后，参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1, gender is not limited; 2. Preoperative FNA and postoperative pathological type were thyroid undifferentiated carcinoma; 3, can comply with the research visit plan and other program requirements; 4. If you voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent, you can participate in this study after signing the informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

明确为甲状腺癌其他病理类型
