研究目的：

1.研究和解决肝硬化患者的长期动态营养管理问题，运用中医辨证施膳方式为临床提供科学营养指导和辅助决策，进一步提高患者营养管理的依从性和有效性。 2.通过互联网+AI技术，实现患者的远程中医体质辨证和动态营养管理，为肝硬化患者和医护人员提供便捷和高效的服务。 3.从中医角度了解和研究肝硬化患者的营养状况、营养需求等方面的特点，为今后的研究提供更加丰富和深入的数据和理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Research and solve the long-term dynamic nutritional management problems of patients with liver cirrhosis, use traditional Chinese medicine to provide scientific nutritional guidance and auxiliary decision-making for clinical practice, and further improve the compliance and effectiveness of patient nutritional management. 2. Through the Internet+AI technology, the remote TCM constitution differentiation and dynamic nutrition management of patients can be realized, providing convenient and efficient services for patients with cirrhosis and medical staff. 3. Understand and study the nutritional status, nutritional needs, and other characteristics of patients with liver cirrhosis from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, providing richer and more in-depth data and theoretical basis for future research.

纳入标准：

符合《肝硬化中西医结合诊治方案》和《肝硬化诊治指南(2019年更新版) 》中肝硬化的诊断标准者
经微型营养评定量表评估确定存在营养不良风险者
自愿接受试验并签署知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for liver cirrhosis in the of the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan of Liver cirrhosis with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver cirrhosis (updated edition 2019)
Those at risk of malnutrition were assessed by the micro-nutrition rating scale
Volunteer accepted the trial and signed the informed consent

排除标准：

合并心血管、脑血管、呼吸、消化、血液、泌尿系统等严重原发性疾病者
恶性肿瘤患者
伴有大量腹水、严重感染、上消化道出血、肝肾综合征或肝性脑病Ⅱ度以上者
因其他疾病长期服用某些肝毒性药物者
妊娠或哺乳期妇女
精神病患者
无法用智能手机者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory, digestive, blood, urinary system and other serious primary diseases
Patients with malignant tumors
With extensive ascites, severe infection, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, hepatorenal syndrome, or hepatic encephalopathy or above
Long-term use of certain hepatotoxic drugs for other diseases
Pregnant or lactating women
psychopath
Can't use a smartphone
