研究目的：

1.生殖中心患者横断面研究，探索焦虑、抑郁、睡眠障碍和认知记忆障碍在不孕不育夫妇中的发生率； 2.多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者、其它非 PCOS 患者(子宫内膜异位症、卵巢储备功能低下和其他各种原因)不孕患者对比，焦虑、抑郁、睡眠障碍和认知记忆障碍发生率的差异； 3.对比不同月份患者发生焦虑、抑郁、睡眠障碍和认知记忆障碍发生率的差异； 4.研究焦虑、抑郁、睡眠障碍和认知记忆障碍对助孕结局的影响。包括临床妊娠、活产、早产、流产。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Cross-sectional study of reproductive center patients to explore the incidence of anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and cognitive memory disorders in infertile couples; 2. Polycystic ovary Syndrome (PCOS) patients, other non-PCOS patients (endometriosis, low ovarian reserve and various other causes) differences in the incidence of anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and cognitive memory disorders in infertile patients; 3. The differences in the incidence of anxiety, depression, sleep disorders and cognitive memory disorders among patients in different months were compared; 4. To study the effects of anxiety, depression, sleep disorders and cognitive memory disorders on the outcome of assisted pregnancy. Including clinical pregnancy, live birth, premature birth, abortion.

纳入标准：

首次我院生殖中心就诊，进行人类辅助生殖的患者及配偶；男女双方年龄≥23岁；愿签署知情同意，依从性好。

Inclusion criteria

Patients and spouses who visited the reproductive center of our hospital for the first time for human assisted reproduction; Male and female ≥23 years old; Willing to sign informed consent, compliance is good.

排除标准：

已经被诊断的焦虑或抑郁或轻度认知障碍或认知障碍的；严重的视力或听力障碍或肢体残疾等原因不能完成问卷调查的；正在参与其它临床研究的；有暴力倾向可能危及他人安全的；伴有其它慢性系统性疾病的；研究者认为可影响方案依从性，或不适宜参加本研究的任何其它疾病或状况

Exclusion criteria：

Have been diagnosed with anxiety or depression or mild cognitive impairment or cognitive impairment; Unable to complete the questionnaire due to serious visual or hearing impairment or physical disability; Participating in other clinical studies; Having violent tendencies that may endanger the safety of others; Accompanied by other chronic systemic diseases; Any other diseases or conditions that the investigator believes may affect adherence to the protocol or make participation in the study inappropriate
