研究目的：

1、收集北京医院部分耐药革兰氏阳性球菌感染的病例资料，统计每年耐药革兰氏阳性球菌感染率，分析耐药革兰氏阳性球菌感染的临床分布； 2、根据抗菌药物敏感性试验(AST)结果分析耐药革兰氏阳性球菌耐药表型的变迁，特别是利奈唑胺耐药的阳性球菌对奥马环素的药物敏感性结果。 3、对北京医院多个科室住院患者进行耐药革兰氏阳性球菌感染的卫生经济学评价。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Collect some cases of drug-resistant Gram-positive cocci infection in Beijing hospitals, count the infection rate of drug-resistant Gram-positive cocci every year, and analyze the clinical distribution of drug-resistant Gram-positive cocci infection; 2. According to the results of Antimicrobial Susceptibility Test (AST), the change of drug-resistant phenotype of Gram-positive cocci was analyzed, especially the drug sensitivity of linezolid-resistant positive cocci to omacycline. 3. Health and economic evaluation was made on the infection of drug-resistant Gram-positive cocci among inpatients in several departments of Beijing Hospital.

纳入标准：

北京医院住院患者；
从体液培养中分离出耐药革兰氏阳性球菌、且判定为临床感染的病例*。（标本来源包括血液、脑脊液、尿液、痰液、支气管肺泡灌洗液、胸腔积液和腹腔积液） 注*：临床感染病例的判定由具有感染专科工作经验2年以上的中级职称以上临床医师，根据患者的临床症状和辅助检查判断。对于同一病人连续多次分离的相同样本类型、相同的菌株，仅纳入其第一次阳性样本的相关资料。

Inclusion criteria

Inward patients

Cases of Gram-positive cocci isolated from body fluid culture and diagnosed as clinical infection *. (Specimen sources include blood, cerebrospinal fluid, urine, sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, pleural effusion and peritoneal effusion) Note *: Clinical infection cases are judged by clinicians with more than 2 years' experience in infectious diseases, according to the patients' clinical symptoms and auxiliary examination. For the same sample type and the same strain isolated from the same patient for many times, only the relevant data of the first positive sample were included.
