本研究将以整合式居家护理智能化管理平台的各方使用者体验为出发点,基于前期研究构建的居家护理管理模式，借助ICOPE居家护理智慧化管理平台，将整合式居家护理模式实际应用于居家护理服务全过程，同时及时采集病患信息、照护过程信息和其他相关数据信息，进行数据监控和数据分析。并基于数据分析，优化完善平台应用和评价。

This study will take the user experience of the integrated home care intelligent management platform as the starting point, and based on the home care management model constructed in the previous study, with the help of ICOPE home care intelligent management platform, the integrated home care model will be practically applied to the whole process of the home care service, and at the same time, timely collection of the patient information, the process of care information, and other relevant data information will be carried out for data monitoring and data analysis. data analysis. Based on the data analysis, the platform application and evaluation will be optimized and improved.

纳入标准：

年满60周岁；居家养老；同意在居家环境建立基于物联网的智能化居家护理管理系统，并接受课题组居家护理干预。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 60 years or above; living at home ; agreeing to the establishment of an intelligent Internet of Things (IoT)-based home care management system in the home environment and accepting home care interventions from the subject group.

排除标准：

罹患终末期疾病；不接受在居家环境建立基于物联网的智能化居家护理管理系统；不接受居家护理干预。

Exclusion criteria：

Terminal illness; no acceptance of an intelligent IoT-based home care management system in the home environment; no acceptance of home care interventions.
