研究目的：

探索益生菌鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05组作为外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病抗菌药物辅助治疗的药效，以临床症状（瘙痒）和治愈率和复发率为指证，通过研究肠道菌群与阴道菌群之间的关联性深入研究益生菌辅助治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy of probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus LRa05 group as an adjuvant antibiotic for vulvovaginal candidiasis, and further study the mechanism of probiotic-assisted treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis by studying the association between intestinal flora and vaginal flora based on clinical symptoms (pruritus), cure rate and recurrence rate.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）60例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病受试者（18-50岁），接受抗生素治疗7天，随机分配为实验组和对照组。 （2）年龄18-50岁，既往月经周期规律； （3）受试前3个月内未应用过激素或其它影响全身免疫功能的药物； （4）未合并其它内分泌、自身免疫性、过敏性疾病及生殖系统疾病； （5）知情并同意者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 60 subjects with vulvovaginal candidiasis (18-50 years old), who received antibiotic treatment for 7 days, were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. (2) Age 18-50 years old, previous regular menstrual cycle; (3) no hormones or other drugs affecting systemic immune function have been used within 3 months before the test; (4) no other endocrine, autoimmune, allergic diseases and reproductive system diseases; (5) Informed and consenting.

排除标准：

（1）合并子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌症、子宫肌瘤等妇科疾病； （2）合并心脑血管、肝、肾、呼吸系统及血液系统等严重疾病者； （3）合并急慢性感染、恶性肿瘤等疾病者； （4）合并内分泌系统、自身免疫性系统疾病及传染性疾病； （5）3个月内有生育要求者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with endometriosis, uterine adenomyosis, uterine fibroids and other gynecological diseases; (2) Patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, respiratory system and blood system; (3) Patients with acute and chronic infections, malignant tumors and other diseases; (4) Combined with endocrine system, autoimmune system diseases and infectious diseases; (5) Those who have fertility requirements within 3 months.
