研究目的：

通过真实世界多中心大样本的注册登记研究，获得针灸任脉穴或含任脉穴、任脉阳性点治疗卵巢储备功能减退的临床疗效数据，利用多模态数据分析，揭示任脉对胞宫疾病的治疗规律。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the registration study of a large sample of real world multicenter, we obtained the clinical efficacy data of acupuncture and moxibustion at Ren Mai (REN Mai) or points containing Ren Mai (REN Mai) and positive points of Ren Mai (REN Mai) in the treatment of DOR, and revealed the therapeutic law of Ren Mai (REN Mai) on uterine diseases by using multimodal data analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合卵巢储备功能减退的诊断标准； （2）20岁≤年龄≤45岁； （3）连续两个月经周期（月经期第2～4天检测）10 IU/L≤FSH＜25 IU/L； （4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets diagnostic criteria for DOR; (2) 20 years old ≤ Age ≤ 45 years old; (3) 10 IU/L ≤ FSH < 25 IU/L for two consecutive menstrual cycles (detected on the 2nd to 4th day of the menstrual cycle); (4) Sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）卵巢早衰、早发性卵巢功能不全、绝经患者； （2）染色体核型异常； （3）卵巢肿瘤、垂体腺瘤、先天性肾上腺皮质增生症、库欣综合征、甲状腺功能异常； （4）近3个月内用过激素或同时应用激素类、代谢类药物影响结果判定者； （5）子宫畸形如单角子宫、双子宫、子宫纵隔等； （6）反复种植失败患者； （7）正参加或一个月内参加了其他临床试验的受试者； （8）合并有心肝肾等功能异常或伴有严重精神疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Premature ovarian failure, early-onset ovarian insufficiency, and menopausal patients; (2) Chromosomal karyotype abnormalities; (3) Ovarian tumors, pituitary adenomas, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, thyroid dysfunction; (4) Those who have used hormones or simultaneously used hormone and metabolic drugs within the past 3 months have an impact on the judgment of results; (5) Uterine malformations such as unicorn uterus, double uterus, uterine septum, etc; (6) Patients with repeated implant failures; (7) Subjects who are currently participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within a month; (8) Patients with combined dysfunction of the heart, liver, and kidneys, or severe mental illness.
