初步探索培土生金方在“肺脾相关”理论指导下可能改变的血清代谢物和肠道微生物。  

Objectives of Study：

A preliminary exploration of the serum metabolites and gut microorganisms that may be altered by the Peitu Shengjin Recipe under the guidance of the theory of "Lung-Spleen Correlation".

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合哮喘缓解期诊断标准且不合并严重心肺功能不全或疾病。 （2）符合肺脾气虚证中医辨证标准者。 （3）年龄≤14岁，≥5岁，性别不限。 （4）能自愿签署书面知情同意书的患者/家属。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for asthma remission and do not have severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency or disease. (2) Those who meet the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation of Lung and Spleen Qi deficiency syndrome. (3) Age ≤14 years old, ≥5 years old, gender is not limited. (4) Patients/family members who can voluntarily sign written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）不服从医嘱，无法判断疗效者。 （2）精神病患儿。 （3）合并肝肾造血等系统疾病，有严重原发性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Disobeying medical advice and unable to judge the efficacy. (2) Children with mental illness. (3) Combined with liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases, there are serious primary diseases.
