研究目的：

针对CTD-ILD的临床特征，以症状体验模型为理论框架进行症状体验量表的开发，并将其应用于横断面调查，为CTD-ILD患者的症状评估提供多维度、多症状的专用测评工具，以了解珠澳及周边地区此类患者症状体验现况，并分析外部影响因素与症状群内部的协同作用，从而提高医疗护理质量、减轻患者的症状负担，且为下一步的研究奠定理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the clinical characteristics of CTD-ILD, the Symptom Experience Model will be used as the theoretical framework for the development of the Symptom Experience Scale, thereby being applied to a cross-sectional survey.The development and application of this scale will provide a multidimensional, multi-symptom, dedicated assessment tool for the symptom assessment of patients with CTD-ILD, in order to understand the current status of symptom experience of such patients in Zhuhai, Macao and neighboring areas, and to analyze the synergistic effects of external influencing factors and the symptom clusters within the group. The quality of treatment and care for the CTD-ILDpatients' will be improved, and the their symptom burden will be reduced, thereby giving a theoretical foundation for the next step of research.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）受试者年龄≥18岁； 2）符合中华医学会制定的风湿病诊疗指南的各类 CTD诊断标准以及符合2013年由美国胸科协会（ATS）和欧洲呼吸学会（ERS）制定的合并ILD诊断标准； 3）本人清楚、了解自己的疾病诊断； 4）意识清醒、语言表达清晰； 5）知情同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1) ≥18 years old; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for all types of CTDs in the guidelines for rheumatologic disease diagnosis and treatment established by the Chinese Medical Association as well as meet the diagnostic criteria for combined ILD established by the American Thoracic Society (ATS) and the European Respiratory Society (ERS) in 2013; 3) Clear and understand my disease diagnosis; 4) Consciousness and clear speech; 5) Informed consent to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1）合并其他呼吸系统疾病，如慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺血栓栓塞症、肺部肿瘤、肺结核、支气管扩张、肺部感染等； 2）非CTD导致的肺间质改变，如感染、药物、免疫抑制剂、吸入有机物等其他已知原因； 3）特发性肺间质性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Combination of other respiratory diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary thromboembolism, lung tumors, tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, and lung infections; 2) Interstitial lung changes not due to CTD, such as infections, drugs, immunosuppressants, inhalation of organic matter, and other known causes; 3) Idiopathic interstitial lung diseases.
