研究目的：

1.探讨社会交往是否可以改善甚至逆转社会隔离状态下SCD患者的认知水平及脑功能 2.证明更丰富的社交对改善社会隔离状态下SCD患者的认知及脑功能的效果优于小型社交  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore whether social interaction can improve or even reverse the cognitive level and brain function of SCD patients in social isolation. 2. To prove that richer social interaction is better than small social interaction in improving the cognitive and brain function of SCD patients in social isolation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在45-85周岁者； 2.与之前正常状态比较，自我感觉持续的认知功能下降，主要为记忆方面，且与急性事件无关； 3.个体客观神经心理测验正常，或未达到MCI诊断标准； 4.小学教育程度及以上者； 5.Lubben社会网络量表（Lubben Social Network Scale，LSNS） LSNS-6是精简版，纳入评分在0-12分的SCD人群，即属社会隔离的SCD人群。

Inclusion criteria

1. People aged 45-85; 2. Compared with the previous normal state, the cognitive function of self-feeling is declining, mainly in memory, and has nothing to do with acute events; 3. The individual objective neuropsychological test is normal or fails to meet the diagnostic criteria of MCI; 4. Primary school education or above; 5.Lubben Social Network Scale (LSNS) LSNS-6 is a simplified version, which includes SCD people with a score of 0-12, that is, SCD people who are socially isolated.

排除标准：

1）有血管性痴呆者或其他脑器质性疾病者； 2）改良Hachinski 缺血量表评分＞4分者； 3）伴有失明、失聪、重度语言障碍等不能配合认知功能检查者； 4）既往6个月内有药物或酒精依赖史等物质依赖者； 5）正参与其他认知相关临床研究。 6）患者合并严重糖尿病、心血管疾病、肝病、肾病、精神病、骨关节疾病等疾患； 7）由于幽闭恐惧症，体内有金属异物，假牙等无法进行fMRI检查者； 8）患有其他疾病而不能参与有氧训练或认知功能检查等；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with vascular dementia or other organic brain diseases; 2) Modified Hachinski Ischemia Scale score > 4; 3) Those with blindness, deafness, severe speech disorders, etc. who cannot cooperate with cognitive function examination; 4) Those who have a history of drug or alcohol dependence and other substances within the past 6 months; 5) Participating in other cognitive-related clinical studies. 6) Patients are complicated with severe diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases, mental diseases, bone and joint diseases and other diseases; 7) Those who are unable to undergo fMRI due to claustrophobia, metal foreign bodies in their bodies, dentures, etc. 8) Suffering from other diseases and unable to participate in aerobic training or cognitive function examination;

开展3次/周，30min/次的综合社交干预，由以每组 5-8 人的小组形式开展 25 分钟的集体座谈，35 分钟的集体有氧舞蹈和 30 分钟的集体手工训练组成。

采用简单随机法进行分组，用计算机生成随机数字序列和组别，采用随机信封法进行分组隐匿。按顺序将随机数字和组别装进非透明的信封中并给信封编号，患者入组后按照顺序编号，请不参与本研究的专业人员打开信封，告知干预人员患者的分组并安排干预。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Simple random method is used to group, random number sequence and group are generated by computer, and random envelope method is used to hide the group. Random numbers and groups are put into opaque envelopes in sequence and the envelopes are numbered. After the patients are grouped, they are numbered in sequence. Please ask the professionals who are not involved in this study to open the envelopes, inform the interveners of the grouping of patients and arrange intervention.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例记录表已制作完毕，内容包括数据采集时间，入组编号，数据采集地点，入排标准，基线采集进度及时间等。后附相关量表评估资料。每次数据采集完毕后均会及时记录在相关Excel表格中，并会定期抽查表格数据是否准确。
