研究目的：

主要研究目的：评估载博来霉素聚乙烯醇微球治疗难治性血管畸形的疗效和安全性。 次要研究目的：评估载博来霉素聚乙烯醇微球对难治性血管畸形发展的阻抑作用和治疗作用的近期及远期评估。  

Objectives of Study：

Main research objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of bleomycin-loaded polyvinyl alcohol microspheres in the treatment of refractory vascular malformations. Secondary research objective: To evaluate the inhibitory and therapeutic effects of bleomycin-loaded polyvinyl alcohol microspheres on the development of refractory vascular malformations in the short and long term.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合血管瘤和脉管畸形诊疗指南（2019版）血管畸形诊断标准的增厚型增厚型葡萄酒色斑、毛细血管畸形-动静脉畸形综合征患者
年龄在 [8, 60）岁区间内
未行任何治疗或常规光电类治疗无效，等待手术治疗
患者或监护人（针对未成年患者）签署知情同意书，自愿参加本研究并配合长期随访

Inclusion criteria

Patients with hypertrophic port-wine stains or capillary malformation-arteriovenous malformation syndrome who meet the diagnostic criteria for vascular malformations in the Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Hemangioma and Vascular Malformations (2019 edition)
Within the age range of [8, 60] years
No treatment has been performed or conventional photoelectric therapy is ineffective, waiting for surgical treatment
Patients or guardians (for underage patients) sign informed consent forms, voluntarily participate in this study, and cooperate with long-term follow-up

排除标准：

对治疗所用的造影剂、栓塞剂主要成分存在禁忌症
无法配合全身麻醉或术中磁共振
病灶体积较小，穿刺存在较高难度
目标病灶近三个月曾行相关介入治疗
近三个月患者已参与或正在参与其他针对本疾病的临床研究

Exclusion criteria：

Patients have contraindications for the main components of contrast agents and embolic agents used in treatment
Patients are unable to cooperate with general anesthesia or intraoperative magnetic resonance imaging
The lesion volume is too small to make puncture
The target lesion has undergone relevant interventional treatment in the past three months
The patient has participated or is currently participating in other clinical studies targeting this disease in the past three months

Microscopic ultrasound is used to detect the thickness and blood flow of the lesion, and to compare the changes in the average thickness of the lesion before and after treatment. Method: Divide the lesion into four equal parts, measure the thickness at the center point of each equal part, and take the average of the four thicknesses, which is the average thickness of the lesion.
