Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the impact of different stool collection methods on the human food absorption rate

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18~40岁健康人群； 2. BMI在18.5-25之间； 3. 过去三个月体重稳定，变化小于±3%； 4. 健康的生活习惯，饮食睡眠运动规律，无特殊饮食； 5. 无酸奶、酒精等饮品摄入习惯； 6. 无吸烟习惯； 7. 无饮食限制及特殊饮食情况； 8. 能独立签署知情同意书； 9. 排便规律，且2周内大便形态稳定，无腹泻； 10.血糖、血脂等生理指标在正常范围。

Inclusion criteria

1.Healthy individuals aged 18 to 40 years old. 2.BMI between 18.5 and 25. 3.Stable body weight over the past three months, with changes less than ±3%. 4.Healthy lifestyle habits, regular eating, sleeping, and exercise patterns, and no special diets. 5.No habit of consuming yogurt, alcohol, or other beverages. 6.Non-smoker. 7.No dietary restrictions or special dietary conditions. 8.Able to provide informed consent independently. 9.Regular bowel movements with stable stool consistency for the past two weeks, without diarrhea. 10.Normal physiological indicators such as blood glucose and blood lipids.

排除标准：

1. 近3个月内应用各类可能影响能量代谢的药物； 2. 受试者不具备正常日常行为能力，存在运动障碍； 3. 有临床表现异常需排除的疾病，包括但不限于神经系统、心血管系统、血液和淋巴系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿系统、免疫系统、肾脏、肝脏或代谢障碍或精神等系统疾病者； 4. 有胃肠外科手术史； 5. 有两周内的胃肠道疾病史或者抗生素服药史； 6. 有习惯性应激性腹泻或便秘； 7. 妊娠或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Use of various medications within the last 3 months that might affect energy metabolism. 2.Participants with impaired normal daily functional capacity and movement disorders. 3.Presence of clinically significant conditions requiring exclusion, including but not limited to neurological, cardiovascular, hematological and lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, immune system, kidney, liver, metabolic, or psychiatric disorders. 4.History of gastrointestinal surgery. 5.History of gastrointestinal disorders or antibiotic use within the last two weeks. 6.Habitual stress-induced diarrhea or constipation. 7.Pregnant or lactating females.
