研究目的：

主要目的：微信监督下术前呼吸运动锻炼对肺癌切除术后患者呼吸肌力量、运动能力、生活质量的影响 次要目的：微信监督下术前呼吸运动锻炼对肺癌切除术后患者术后并发症、术后恢复时间的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To investigate the effects of preoperative respiratory exercise under the supervision of wechat on respiratory muscle strength, exercise ability and quality of life of patients after lung cancer resection Secondary objective: The effect of preoperative breathing exercise under the supervision of wechat on postoperative complications and postoperative recovery time of patients after lung cancer resection

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄在50~65岁 (2)拟行胸腔镜下单肺叶切除术的非小细胞肺癌患者。 (3)入院时肺功能测定：MVV％>50％，FEVI％>50％。 (4)自愿加入本研究的患者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 50-65 years old (2) Patients with non-small cell lung cancer undergoing thoracoscopic single lobectomy. (3) Pulmonary function was measured at admission: MVV % > 50%, FEVI % > 50%. (4) Patients voluntarily enrolled in this study

排除标准：

(1)术前合并肺炎、肺结核、COPD的患者。 (2)其他脏器功能不全或严重器质性病变的患者。 (3)无法与医护人员沟通，无法配合研究实施的患者（如不会使用手机、电脑等电子产品） (4)三月内曾参加其他临床研究

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with preoperative complications such as pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis, and COPD. (2) Patients with other organ dysfunction or serious organic lesions. (3) Patients who are unable to communicate with medical staff and cooperate with the implementation of the study (such as those who do not use mobile phones, computers and other electronic products) (4) Participated in other clinical studies within three months

术前患者家属进入微信群，群内发送具体操作方法的视频和指导手册。围术期每日由患者家属为其拍摄锻炼视频发送至群内，护理人员在群内实时监督，确保患者呼吸运动锻炼的依从性

本研究为随机对照研究，研究对象选取于四川大学华西医院收治的拟行肺癌切除手术患者，对于符合本次研究纳入排除标准并签署知情同意书的患者，依据EXCEL表产生的随机序列号为按1-82所对应的随机化方案进行随机分组，按照被纳入研究的顺序编号将研究对象随机分入组研究组及对照组，每组各41例。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study is a randomized controlled study. The subjects of this study were selected patients in West China Hospital of Sichuan University who planned to undergo lung cancer resection. Patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study and had one participating patient were randomized according to the EXCEL table with serial number 1-82 corresponding to the randomization scheme. After the volunteers signed the informed consent, the subjects were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to the order of inclusion in the study, with 41 cases in each group.
