研究目的：

研究“国际脊椎矫正手法联合颈椎运动链训练”（简称“脊椎矫正训练法”）的综合康复疗法对颈性眩晕患者的治疗效果。同时分析颈性眩晕患者颈部肌肉特征，论证脊椎矫正训练法治疗前后的眩晕症状及颈部肌肉特征的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of "international spinal correction manipulation combined with cervical exercise" on patients with cervical vertigo. At the same time, the characteristics of neck muscles in patients with cervical vertigo were analyzed, and the changes of vertigo symptoms and neck muscle characteristics before and after spinal correction training were demonstrated.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

至少有以下特征：1.头晕或眩晕伴随颈部疼痛 2.头晕或眩晕多出现在颈部活动后 3.部分患者颈扭转试验阳性 4.颈部影像学检查异常，如颈椎反屈、椎体不稳、椎间盘突出等5.多有颈部外伤史。同时排除了其他原因（脑、眼、耳等其他疾病）引起的眩晕

Inclusion criteria

At least the following characteristics:1.Dizziness or vertigo accompanied by neck pain 2.Dizziness or vertigo usually occurs after neck movement 3.Cervical Neck Torsion test was positive in some patients 4.Cervical imaging abnormalities, such as cervical flexion, vertebral instability, and disc herniation 5.Most have a history of neck trauma.At the same time exclude other causes (brain, eye, ear and other diseases) caused by vertigo

排除标准：

1.其他类型眩晕：（周围性眩晕：耳石症、梅尼埃病、迷路炎、前庭神经炎、药物中毒、晕动症；中枢性眩晕：颅内病变；眼源性：眼病、屏幕性眩晕；全身疾病性眩晕：心血管疾病、血液病、中毒性疾病；神经精神性眩晕）2.病人依从性差，无法配合完成检查和治疗的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Other types of vertigo:(peripheral vertigo:benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,meniere's disease,labyrinthitis,vestibular neuritis,drug poisoning,motion sickness.central vertigo:Intracranial lesion,Ophthalmic vertigo:eye disease,Screen vertigo.Systemic disease vertigo:cardiovascular disease,blood disease,toxic diseases.Neuropsychiatric vertigo)2.Patients with poor compliance, unable to cooperate with the completion of the examination and treatment.
