探究复合舒芬太尼时环泊酚抑制老年患者气管插管反应的半数有效剂量  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the median effective dose of cyclopofol in inhibiting tracheal intubation response in elderly patients with sufentanil

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥65岁，BMI 18～30kg/m2，ASA I～II级

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥65 years, BMI of 18 - 20 kg/m2, ASA I-II

排除标准：

入室后安静状态下HR≥100次/分或SBP≥160mmHg或MAP≥120mmHg；严重心肺功能障碍；肝肾功能严重损伤；对相关药物过敏；滥用镇静或麻醉药物史；认知功能障碍；复合困难气道指征；气管插管次数＞1次。

Exclusion criteria：

HR≥100 beats/min or SBP≥160mmHg or MAP≥120mmHg at rest after entering the room; Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; severe liver and kidney function injury; Allergy to related drugs; history of abuse of sedative or narcotic drugs; Keywords cognitive dysfunction; complex difficult airway indication; Tracheal intubation times>1 time.
