研究目的：

在玻璃体切割、保留中心凹内界膜剥除和气液交换术后的高度近视相关黄斑劈裂患者中，比较仰卧位和俯卧位对术后治疗效果和黄斑裂孔发生率的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the effects of supine and prone positions on postoperative treatment outcomes and the incidence of macular holes in patients with high myopia related macular foveoschisis after vitrectomy, fovea-sparing internal limiting membrane peeling, and gas tamponade.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.已签署知情同意书
2.患者被诊断为高度近视相关性黄斑劈裂合并中心凹脱离，男女不限，年龄≥18 周岁；
3.临床医师实施了玻璃体切割、保留中心凹的内界膜剥除和气液交换手术治疗的患者；
4.为本地区常驻居民或计划在本院长期复诊的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Signed informed consent form 2. The patient was diagnosed with high myopia related macular foveoschisis combined with foveal detachment, regardless of gender, aged ≥ 18 years old; 3. Patients who have undergone vitrectomy, fovea-sparing internal limiting membrane peeling, and gas tamponade by clinical physicians; 4. Patients who are permanent residents of the local area or plan to have long-term follow-up visits in this hospital.

排除标准：

1.同时参加其他干预性治疗研究的； 2.有增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变、特发性或高度近视性黄斑裂孔、孔源性视网膜脱离、原发性或继发性青光眼以及其他眼部病史者； 3.无法完成规律随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Simultaneously participating in other intervention treatment studies; 2. Individuals with a history of proliferative vitreoretinopathy, idiopathic or highly myopic macular hole, rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, primary or secondary glaucoma, and other ocular diseases; 3. Those who are unable to complete regular follow-up.
