研究目的：

主要目的 比较老年肌少症与非肌少症组的运动诱导的差异表达蛋白IGF2血浆表达水平，探究老年肌少症与运动诱导的差异表达蛋白IGF2的相关性。 次要目的 1.比较老年肌少症与非肌少症组的运动诱导的差异表达蛋白（FGF-23、RBX1、SOD3、EEF1E1、硒蛋白、PLXDC2等）血浆表达水平； 2.评估运动诱导的差异表达蛋白（IGF2、FGF-23、RBX1、SOD3、EEF1E1、硒蛋白、PLXDC2等）和老年肌少症之间的关系，为将来探讨运动诱导的差异表达蛋白在如何逆转肌少症的相关机制工作做准备； 3.比较老年肌少症与非肌少症组的体适能、人体成分、体力活动、营养状况之间的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective To compare the exercise-induced differential expression of the protein IGF2 in the plasma between the sarcopenia and non-sarcopenia groups, and to explore the correlation between sarcopenia and the exercise-induced differential expression of the protein IGF2. Secondary Objectives 1. To compare the exercise-induced differential expression of proteins (FGF-23, RBX1, SOD3, EEF1E1, selenium-binding protein, PLXDC2, etc.) in the plasma between the sarcopenia and non-sarcopenia groups. 2. To assess the relationship between exercise-induced differential expression of proteins (IGF2, FGF-23, RBX1, SOD3, EEF1E1, selenium-binding protein, PLXDC2, etc.) and sarcopenia, in preparation for future exploration of how exercise-induced differential expression of proteins may work to reverse sarcopenia-related mechanisms. 3. To compare differences in physical fitness, body composition, physical activity, and nutritional status between the sarcopenia and non-sarcopenia groups.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄60岁-85岁老年人； ②具备基本的沟通能力、理解能力； ③体检剩余的血标本已保存在中南大学湘雅医院临床生物样本中心，已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 60 to 85 years old. 2. have basic communication and comprehension abilities. 3. The remaining blood samples from the physical examination have been stored at the Clinical Biobank of Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, and informed consent has been signed.

排除标准：

①有明显残疾，需要辅助行走，不能参与握力、步速测验者； ②合并限制运动测试和训练的严重疾病（如帕金森病、运动神经元病、脑卒中后遗症等）影响活动功能者； ③重要器官功能衰竭者； ④恶性肿瘤者； ⑤严重精神疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with significant disabilities, requiring assistance for walking, and unable to participate in grip strength and gait speed tests. 2. Individuals with severe diseases that limit exercise testing and training (such as Parkinson's disease, motor neuron disease, sequelae of stroke) affecting functional mobility. 3. Individuals with significant organ failure. 4. Individuals with malignant tumors. 5. history of severe mental illness.
