研究目的：

（1）探索育龄女性从妊娠早期至产后8周的IR发展轨迹，探讨IR是否与PPD存在关联； （2）探讨妊娠晚期和产后IR、催产素和PPD三者的关系； （3）追踪产后抑郁对子代心理行为发育的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)To explore the trajectory of IR from early pregnancy to 8 weeks postpartum in women of childbearing age and to explore whether IR is associated with PPD; (2)Exploring the relationship between IR, oxytocin and PPD in late pregnancy and postpartum; (3)Tracking the effects of postpartum depression on the psychobehavioral development of offspring.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥20岁； ②处于妊娠早期（10-13+6周）； ③入组时EPDS抑郁量表筛查得分＜11分； ④单胎妊娠； ⑤同意参加本研究，愿意完成后续随访。

Inclusion criteria

①Age ≥ 20 years; ②In early pregnancy (10-13+6 weeks); ③EPDS scale score <11 at enrollment; ④singleton pregnancy; ⑤Agree to participate in this study and are willing to complete follow-ups.

排除标准：

①存在认知缺陷、无法完成问卷调查； ②孕前糖尿病和PCOS患者； ③目前正在服用抗精神病药物； ④有精神疾病家族史。

Exclusion criteria：

①Cognitive deficits, inability to complete questionnaires; ②Pregnant women with diabetes or PCOS; ③Currently on antipsychotic medication; ④Family history of mental illness.
