研究目的：

研究人员专注于早产儿出院后的护理。这项研究将调查早产儿母亲的出院准备情况，她们是家中婴儿的主要照顾者。目的是评估母亲在早产儿出院后照顾早产儿的能力，识别早产儿母亲的出院准备度的影响因素。本次研究的结果将有助于制定干预措施，促进早产儿母亲更好的进行出院准备，不仅可以降低早产儿再次入院的风险，促进其健康成长，对改善家庭角色，促进整个家庭的身心健康亦有益处。在经济方面，降低护理成本和减轻家庭负担的同时，又节约社会资源，减轻社会负担。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of discharge readiness of mothers of premature babies at Dongguan City and to identify the factors associated with the infants’ mothers’ readiness for discharge. The researcher will record profile individual characteristics variables of the mother and the preterm infants. The researcher will measure level of the discharge readiness in mothers of preterm infants. The researcher will also observe difference and relationships between following variables: 1.The profile variables of the mother and the level of readiness for discharge. 2.The profile variables of the infant and the level of readiness for discharge.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)中国女性，18岁以上，出院早产儿母亲；（2）孕周为28～36+6周；（3）能读写中文，认知正常，可以使用网络工具(问卷星)；（4）知情同意和自愿参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

(a) Whose baby was born before 37 weeks of pregnancy, (b) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study, (c) Chinese woman, (d) Over 18 years old, (e) Have written language recognition ability, and can use the network tool (questionnaire star, a professional questionnaire survey platform that is widely used in China).

排除标准：

(1)不是婴儿的主要照料者；（2）患有精神疾病；（3）婴儿死亡、转院或要求出院者。

Exclusion criteria：

Excluded criteria will be not the primary caregiver of the baby, with mental illness, being through the infant death.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

每名参与者在参与研究时都会收到一个唯一的标识符。该标识符将用于所有数据文件，以确保参与者的机密性。将使用纸质病例报告表和基于网络的电子数据库来管理参与者数据。在收集参与者的原始文件后，将其转移到纸质病例报告表中。之后，所有数据将存储在基于网络的电子数据（ResMan）中。数据的质量控制将在两个不同的层面上处理：调查人员在将记录输入纸质病例报告时，将确保数据的准确性作为第一级控制。第二级将包括DCC定期通过ResMan进行数据监控和验证。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Each participant will receive a unique identifier when included in the study. This identifier will be used for all data documents to ensure the confidentiality of participants. Paper case record forms and web-based electronic databases will be used to manage participant data. After collecting the original documents of the participants, they were transferred to the paper case report form. After that, all data will be stored in the web-based electronic data (ResMan). Quality control of the data will be handled at two different levels: the investigators will be required to ensure the accuracy of the data as the first level of control when they input the records in paper case record forms. The second level will include data monitoring and validation via ResMan on a regular basis by DCC.
