本研究将基于场地自行车短组项目特征，依据训练课的需求，建立康复恢复一体化体系，并对比研究康复一体化保障（多维恢复手段+康复治疗手段）和传统常规保障（拉伸、按摩、恢复骑和干扰电治疗）对精英自行车运动员功能恢复和竞技能力的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will establish an integrated rehabilitation and recovery system based on the characteristics of track cycling sprint events and the training needs of sessions. It will compare the effects of integrated rehabilitation and recovery (multi-dimensional recovery methods + rehabilitation treatment methods) and traditional conventional support (stretching, massage, recovery rides, and interferential electric therapy) on the functional recovery and competitive ability of elite track cyclists.

纳入标准：

18-30岁之间的国家自行车队运动员

Inclusion criteria

National cyclists aged of 18 to 30.

排除标准：

心律失常、循环障碍、雷诺氏现象（手指肿胀）、冷过敏及任何慢性疾病、周围神经病变、皮肤损伤（开放性伤口、感染、银屑病，纹身、血肿）、既往骨折、既往治疗部位手术（过去一年内）

Exclusion criteria：

Arrhythmia, circulatory disorders, Raynaud's phenomenon (finger swelling), cold sensitivity, and any chronic diseases, peripheral neuropathy, skin injuries (open wounds, infections, psoriasis, tattoos, hematomas), previous fractures, previous surgical procedures in the treatment area (within the past year).

多维恢复手段+康复治疗手段:训练后的加压冷疗、冷热水浴、超低温冷疗、Compex神经肌肉电刺激、微压氧、恢复骑、肌筋膜放松和拉伸等恢复放松，和非训练期间的Compex、中频干扰电、激光治疗、TECAR、超短波、超声、磁疗等不同技术的组合物理治疗

Multidimensional recovery methods + rehabilitation treatment methods: Post-training cryotherapy with pressure, contrast baths, extremely low-temperature cryotherapy, Compex neuromuscular electrical stimulation, pneumatic compression, recovery cycling, myofascial release, and stretching for relaxation, as well as a combination of various physical therapy techniques including Compex, medium-frequency interferential current, laser therapy, TECAR, shortwave diathermy, ultrasound, and magnetic therapy during non-training periods.
