研究目的：

观察及验证手持式3D扫描仪在脑卒中后上肢水肿患者手部体积测量中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe and verify the application value of handheld 3D scanner in hand volume measurement of patients with post-stroke upper limb edema.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄在18-75岁；
②符合脑卒中（包含缺血性脑卒中、脑出血）诊断标准；
③脑卒中病程2周以上、存在偏瘫及上肢水肿；
④生命体征平稳；
⑤自愿参加研究且能够配合测量者；
⑥理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18-75 years;
(2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral stroke (including ischemic stroke and cerebral hemorrhage);
(3) Stroke course of more than 2 weeks, hemiplegia and upper limb edema;
(4) The vital signs are stable;
(5) Willing to participate in the research and can cooperate with the measurement;
(6) Understand and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①存在严重认知功能障碍及精神疾病无法配合评估者；
②上肢存在局部骨折或残缺者；
③上肢血栓形成处于制动期者；
④严重内科疾病（如心衰、肾衰、恶性肿瘤晚期），以及临床症状不稳定者；
⑤严重感染、丹毒者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With severe cognitive impairment and mental illness who cannot cooperate with the evaluator;
(2) Local fracture or mutilation of the upper limb;
(3) Upper limb thrombosis;
(4) Serious medical diseases (such as heart failure, kidney failure, advanced malignant tumor), and unstable clinical symptoms;
(5) Severe infection, erysipelas.
