研究目的：

观察阿得贝利单抗一线治疗广泛期小细胞肺癌在真实世界中的安全性；  

Objectives of Study：

Observing the safety Adebrelimab as ffrst-line treatment for extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer in the real world;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.组织学或细胞学证实的广泛期小细胞肺癌； 2.接受以阿得贝利单抗为基础的一线治疗； 3.受试者自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意书，依从性好，配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Extensive small cell lung cancer confirmed by histology or cytology; 2. Receive first-line treatment based on adebrelimab; 3. The patients voluntarily joined this study, signed an informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with follow-up.

排除标准：

1.既往接受过任何T细胞共刺激或免疫检查点治疗，包括但不限于细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原-4（cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen-4，CTLA-4）抑制剂、PD-1抑制剂、PD-L1/2抑制剂或其他靶向T细胞的药物； 2.正在参加其他干预性研究的患者； 3.同时合并有其他恶性肿瘤的患者； 4.已证实妊娠、哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previously received any T cell co stimulation or immune checkpoint therapy, including but not limited to cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen-4 (CTLA-4) inhibitors, PD-1 inhibitors, PD-L1/2 inhibitors, or other drugs targeting T cells; 2. Patients who are participating in other intervention studies; 3. Patients with concurrent malignant tumors; 4. Pregnant and lactating women have been confirmed.
