研究目的：

通过ICU电子日记平台的构建，设计视频、音频、图片等多样化日记形式，减少ICU工作人员的日记书写时间，满足不同日记书写人员的需求；应用ICU电子日记平台，研究该平台对ICU患者PTSD发生率的影响；拟定不同的日记开放时间，探讨ICU日记的最佳发放时间。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the construction of ICU electronic diary platform, diversified diary forms such as video, audio and pictures were designed to reduce the diary writing time of ICU staff and meet the needs of different diary writers. To study the effect of ICU electronic diary platform on the incidence of PTSD in ICU patients. To draw up different opening time of diary, and explore the best time for ICU diary release.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁；②初次入住ICU；③入住ICU时间≥48h；④气管插管时间≥24h；⑤患者及其家属均知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥18 years old; ② first ICU admission; ③ ICU stay time ≥48 hours; ④ Tracheal intubation time ≥24 hours; ⑤ All patients and their family members voluntarily participated in this study with informed consent.

排除标准：

①既往有精神病史；②研究中途死亡或者自动出院者；③存在严重的视听障碍，无法交流的患者；④正在参与其他研究项目者；⑤有精神药物成瘾史或精神活性物质滥用的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① previous history of mental illness; (2) those who died during the study or were discharged voluntarily; ③ patients with severe visual and hearing impairment and unable to communicate; (4) those who are participating in other research projects; And 5) patients with a history of psychotropic drug addiction or psychoactive substance abuse.
