研究目的：

观察比较推拿配合八段锦与单纯推拿对非特异性慢性颈痛的临床治疗效果  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness of Tuina Combined With Baduanjin Exercise compared with Tuina alone for patients with nonspecific chronic neck pain

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合非特异性颈痛的诊断标准；②患有慢性颈痛至少3个月；③年龄18-60岁，男女不限；④近一周VAS评分≥3分；⑤能正确理解和清楚表达自己的意愿；⑥自愿参加试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Meets the diagnostic criteria of non-specific neck pain;②The course of neck pain for at least 3 months;③ Age between 18 and 60 years old, male and female;④Neck pain VAS score >= 3 points in the past week; ⑤Can understand and express their own wishes clearly;⑥Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①患有脊柱的特定疾病，如感染、脊柱肿瘤、脊柱结核、骨折、脊椎滑脱；②其他类型的颈椎病，如神经根型颈椎病、脊髓型颈椎病、椎动脉型颈椎病；③怀孕或哺乳④曾经接受过颈部手术治疗或正在接受其他治疗的患者；⑤有其他严重疾病⑥不能配合全程干预的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Specific spinal conditions such as infection, spinal tumor, spinal tuberculosis, spinal fractures;②Other types of cervical spondylosis such as cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, spinal cord cervical spondylosis, or vertebral artery cervical spondylosis;③Pregnancy or breastfeeding;④ Patients who have had neck surgery or are receiving other treatments;⑤Patients with other serious illnesses;⑥Inability to cooperate with the intervention.
