研究目的：

本研究旨在通过观察糖尿病胃肠自主神经病变患者口服津力达颗粒后其症状改善情况、炎症因子水平变化而了解津力达颗粒在糖尿病胃肠自主神经病变治疗方面的临床疗效，促进患者糖尿病胃肠自主神经病变治疗效果的提升，同时寻找津力达颗粒改善自主神经病变的作用靶点，为糖尿病胃肠自主神经病变中药治疗提供一个新方向。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to understand the clinical efficacy of Jinlida Granules in the treatment of gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy in diabetes patients by observing the improvement of symptoms and changes in inflammatory factor levels after oral administration of Jinlida Granules, to promote the improvement of the therapeutic effect of gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy in patients with diabetes, and to find the target of Jinlida Granules in improving autonomic neuropathy, It provides a new direction for the treatment of gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy in diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合糖尿病神经病变诊治专家共识（2021年）的诊断标准，即2型糖尿病并伴有食管动力障碍、胃食管反流、胃轻瘫、腹泻、大便失禁和便秘等胃肠道自主神经病变者； ②年龄为18-79岁的男性和女性； ③所有患者自愿参加，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① In line with the diagnostic criteria agreed by experts in diagnosis and treatment of diabetes neuropathy (2021), that is, type 2 diabetes with esophageal motility disorder, gastroesophageal reflux, gastroparesis, diarrhea, fecal incontinence, constipation and other gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy; ② Men and women aged 18-79; ③ All patients voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①消化道溃疡、消化道出血、胃肠梗阻、消化道肿瘤等严重器质性胃肠疾病。②严重肝肾功能不全；③使用具有神经毒性的药物（如化疗药物）；④维生素 B12 缺乏；⑤颈腰椎疾病（压迫、狭窄、退行性变）、脑梗死、慢性炎症性脱髓鞘性神经病变、遗传性神经病变和血管炎；⑥有明显感染者：如发热、心肌炎、胃肠炎、胆囊炎等；⑦有精神、神经疾病而无法合作者或不愿合作者；⑧研究者认为不适合的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe organic gastrointestinal diseases such as gastrointestinal ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal obstruction, and gastrointestinal tumors Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; ③ Using drugs with neurotoxicity (such as chemotherapy drugs); ④ Vitamin B12 deficiency; ⑤ Cervical and lumbar spine diseases (compression, stenosis, degenerative changes), cerebral infarction, chronic inflammatory demyelinating neuropathy, hereditary neuropathy, and vasculitis; ⑥ Individuals with obvious infections, such as fever, myocarditis, gastroenteritis, cholecystitis, etc.; ⑦ Individuals with mental or neurological disorders who are unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate; ⑧ Other situations that the researcher deems unsuitable.
