研究目的：

1.主要目的:通过比较PAS组与其余3组CRS-R评分结果，明确PAS对pDOC患者的促醒治疗效果。 2.次要目的:基于神经电生理技术脑电图（EEG）、P300检测和体感诱发电位（SEP）结果和GCS评分探索PAS对pDOC患者大脑皮层电信号的影响，阐明PAS促醒治疗的部分机制。 3.探索性目的:寻找治疗pDOC患者更为有效的训练方式  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main Objective: To clarify the wakefulness promoting effect of PAS on pDOC patients by comparing the CRS-R score results of PAS group and the other three groups. 2. Secondary objective: To explore the effect of PAS on electrical signals in cerebral cortex of pDOC patients based on electrophysiological techniques such as electroencephaligram (EEG), P300 detection, somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) results and GCS scores, and to clarify the partial mechanism of PAS wakefulness therapy. 3. Exploratory objective: To find more effective training methods for pDOC patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①年龄＞18岁，病程＞28天；②根据CRS-R量表评分诊断为pDOC中的VS或MCS一种；③既往无癫痫病史，无其他神经精神相关疾病史；④无颅骨修补材料、分流装置、动脉瘤夹、深部电极等植入型医疗设备；⑤颅内情况平稳，无明显脑水肿、无严重脑萎缩；⑥患者家属获得知情权，并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① Age > 18 years old, duration > 28 days; ② A ccording to the CRS-R scale, it was diagnosed as VS or MCS in pDOC; ③ No history of epilepsy or other neuropsychiatric diseases; ④ No implant medical equipment such as skull repair materials, shunt devices, aneurysm clips, deep electrodes, etc.; ⑤ Stable intracranial condition, no obvious cerebral edema, no severe cerebral atrophy; ⑥ The patient's family members get the right to know, and voluntarily sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①既往有肿瘤病史；②既往出现过严重心律失常或者植入过心脏起搏器史；③既往正中神经功能损伤史；④严重的颅内感染疾病患者；⑤其他不适合进行rTMS或MNS干预的情形。

Exclusion criteria：

① A history of tumor; ② History of severe arrhythmia or pacemaker implantation; ③ History of median nerve function injury; ④ Patients with severe intracranial infection; ⑤ Other situations that are not suitable for rTMS or MNS intervention.
