研究目的：

探索接受胸腔镜下肺部楔形、肺段或肺叶切除术的老年患者肠道菌群与术后肺部并发症的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between intestinal flora and postoperative pulmonary complications in elderly patients undergoing thoracoscopic cuneiform, segmental, or lobectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①ASA 评分Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；②年龄60-90岁；③全麻下行胸腔镜下肺叶或楔形切除术且手术时间大于3小时的患者；④签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①ASA ofⅠ-Ⅲ; ② Age 60-90 years old; ③ Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy or cuneiform resection under general anesthesia and the operation time is expected longer than 3 hours; ④ Signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①术前一个月内接受过全身麻醉下外科手术史；②术前有严重呼吸系统疾病，包括COPD，呼吸衰竭；③术前一个月内有肺部感染；④术前严重心脏疾病，心衰；⑤术前严重肝肾功能不全；⑥精神病史患者；⑦拒绝参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① History of surgical operations under general anesthesia within one month before surgery; ② Patients with severe respiratory diseases, including COPD and respiratory failure before surgery; ③ Pulmonary infection within one month before surgery; ④ Patients with serious heart disease and heart failure before operation; (5) Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency before operation; ⑥ History of mental illness; ⑦ Patients who refused to participate in this study.
