研究目的：

通过前瞻性随机双盲对照研究设计，明确五达颗粒对腹腔镜全子宫切除术后胃肠功能加速康复的作用及其安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the design of a prospective randomized double-blind controlled study, the effect and safety of Wuda granule on accelerated recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic total hysterectomy were confirmed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.妇科腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者。 2.年龄≥18岁。 3.属气虚气滞证者。 4.签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Gynecological laparoscopic total hysterectomy patients. 2. Age ≥18 years old. 3. Patients with qi deficiency and stagnation. 4. Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有精神疾病不能配合者。 2.孕妇或哺乳期者。 3.目前正在参加或在本研究前1个月内参加过其它临床试验的患者。 4.研究者认为不宜进行此项临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with mental illness who can't cooperate. 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Patients who are currently enrolled in or have participated in other clinical trials within 1 month prior to this study. 4. The investigator considers it inappropriate to conduct this clinical study.

The randomized allocation method was completed by the researchers of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Research Methodology Team of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The block randomization method was used, and the random number was generated by the PROC PLAN procedure of SAS 9.4
