通过对乒乓球运动员弧圈球技术动作的生物力学分析，探究患有与非患有肩峰撞击综合征女性乒乓球运动员在击打上旋球和下旋球时身体关节角度、角速度、速度、地面支撑反作用力等指标的变化特征。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the biomechanical analysis of the circular movement of table tennis players, the changes of joint Angle, angular velocity, velocity and ground support reaction force of female table tennis players with and without acromial impingement syndrome were studied.

纳入标准：

招募女性乒乓球运动员，确保患有与非患有肩峰撞击综合征的平衡。确保参与者知晓研究目的并自愿参与；选取具有一级运动等级及以上水平的运动员；纳入身体健康、无严重慢性疾病的运动员。

Inclusion criteria

Recruit female table tennis players to ensure a balance between those with and without acromial impingement syndrome. Ensure that participants are aware of the purpose of the study and participate voluntarily; Select athletes with level I and above; Athletes in good health without serious chronic diseases were included.

排除标准：

排除男性运动员，排除有慢性健康问题或运动损伤的运动员；排除乒乓球运动等级一级以下水平的运动员。

Exclusion criteria：

Excluding male athletes, athletes with chronic health problems or sports injuries; Athletes below level 1 of table tennis are excluded.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

To ensure the quality and safety of the study data, we designed a detailed data acquisition and management plan, including a case record form (CRF) and an electronic acquisition and Management system (EDC). 1. Case Record Form (CRF) : The medical record form is a paper or electronic form filled out manually to collect basic information and observations of the participants. The following is the basic structure of CRF: Basic information: name, age, sex, confirmation of acromial impingement syndrome, table tennis level Technical movements observation record: observation date, observer name, key points of technical movements (including shoulder movements, arm movements, body balance, etc.) Qualitative evaluation of observations Records of other possible influencing factors: medical history related to acromial impingement syndrome, athlete's training history, and other factors that may affect technical movements 2. Electronic Acquisition and Management System (EDC) : To improve the accuracy and security of the data, we plan to use an Internet-based electronic acquisition and management system (such as ResMan). The following are the basic features of EDC: Data entry: Data entry via a secure online platform. Achieve accurate transcription of information in the case record table and reduce manual input errors. Data storage: Data will be stored in an encrypted database, ensuring data security and confidentiality. Backup data regularly to prevent data loss. Access rights: In order to maintain privacy, different levels of access will be set so that only authorized personnel can access the relevant data. Record the data access history of each user in detail. Data monitoring and validation: The system performs logical checks and data validation to detect potential data errors or anomalies in a timely manner. Set up automatic alerts to ensure that the research team can deal with data issues in a timely manner.
