探讨3D Slicer重建及3D打印定位技术联合经颅神经内镜技术在脑室-腹腔分流手术中的技巧及其优缺点。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore Techniques and Their Advantages and Disadvantages of 3D Slicer reconstruction and 3D printing localization technology combined with transcranial neuroendoscopy in ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

幕上使用3D-Slicer重建，术前通过3D打印定位导板定位及术中使用神经内镜微创手术的患者，包括脑肿瘤、脑积水、海绵状血管瘤及慢性硬膜下血肿等。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who use 3D Slicer reconstruction on the screen, 3D printing positioning guide plate positioning before surgery, and minimally invasive neuroendoscopic surgery during surgery, including brain tumors, hydrocephalus, cavernous hemangiomas, and chronic subdural hematomas.

排除标准：

随访失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who follow-up loss.
