研究目的：

1.评价喉罩联合支气管封堵器在胸腔镜手术的使用可行及安全性 2.比较喉罩联合支气管封堵器与气管插管联合支气管封堵器在术中气道维持，苏醒期呛咳、声音嘶哑等方面的优势  

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the feasibility and safety of laryngeal mask combined with bronchial blocker in thoracoscopic surgery; 2.To compare the advantages of laryngeal mask combined with bronchial blocker and tracheal intubation combined with bronchial blocker in intraoperative airway maintenance, incidence of recovery cough, hoarseness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期行全麻胸腔镜下肺结节切除术患者，性别不限，年龄≥18岁，ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection under general anesthesia were of all genders, ≥18 years old, and ASA grade I ~ III.

排除标准：

术前合并有严重的心脑血管疾病患者，合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，近期有上呼吸道感染病史、哮喘史，BMI≥30kg/m2，误吸风险增加（如胃食管反流病、食管裂孔疝和妊娠）、预期有困难气道的患者（如张口受限、口咽部病变和颈部活动受限）、胸腔粘连、手术类型转为开胸手术、术前存在咽喉部不适症状、认知障碍以及不能正常交流的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, recent history of upper respiratory tract infection and asthma, BMI≥30kg/m2, Increased risk of aspiration (e.g., gastroesophageal reflux disease, hiatal hernia, and pregnancy), patients with expected difficult airways (e.g., restricted mouth opening, oropharyngeal lesions, and limited neck mobility), thoracic adhesion, switch to open-heart surgery, preoperative throat discomfort, cognitive impairment, and inability to communicate normally.
